Product Condition: Item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
Restocking Fee: 15% of the product price will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customer Remorse: 15% of the product price.
Defective Products: No fee.

Shipping Fee: For customer remorse returns, the shipping fee is charged based on product weight. There is no fee for defective products.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
