Rothea

Retinoid care + barrier support, all in one nightly moisturizer.

Rothea Double Retinol Cream is a daily night cream powered by a dual-retinoid system with Retinol + Retinal, paired with Bakuchiol and barrier-supporting ingredients for a more balanced approach to age-prevention skincare.

The formula combines Retinol, Retinal, and Bakuchiol to help improve the appearance of fine lines, texture, firmness, and overall radiance, while Cica (Centella Asiatica), Ceramide, Cholesterol, and Fatty Acids help support the skin’s moisture barrier.

It’s designed for anyone who wants the benefits of retinoid skincare while keeping barrier care an important part of the routine.

Why We Like It

• Retinol + Retinal dual-retinoid formula
• Bakuchiol complements an age-prevention routine
• Helps improve the look of fine lines, uneven texture, firmness, and radiance
• Cica helps soothe and support skin comfort
• Ceramide + Cholesterol + Fatty Acids help support the skin barrier
• Combines retinoid treatment and barrier-focused care in one nighttime step

Who It’s For
Ideal for those looking to introduce more advanced age-prevention care into their nighttime routine, especially if maintaining a healthy skin barrier is also a priority.

How to Use
Apply a small amount in the evening after serum and before or in place of your moisturizer, depending on your routine.

If you’re new to retinoids, start 2–3 nights per week and gradually increase frequency as your skin adjusts. Avoid combining with other strong exfoliating or potentially irritating actives in the same routine when first starting.

Always wear sunscreen during the day when using retinoids.

Umma Bear Tip 🐻
More retinol isn’t always better! Start slowly and pay attention to your skin. Consistency + a happy skin barrier will usually get you much further than trying to use too much, too soon.

A gentle first cleanse that gets the job done without leaving skin feeling stripped.

Rothea Korean Fire Camellia Cleansing Oil is a lightweight cleansing oil designed to melt away makeup, sunscreen, excess oil, and daily impurities while leaving skin feeling soft and comfortable after cleansing.

Formulated with Camellia, known for its nourishing and skin-conditioning properties, this cleansing oil makes an easy addition to your evening routine—especially when you want an effective cleanse without that tight, dry feeling afterward.

Use it as the first step of your double-cleansing routine, or anytime you need to thoroughly remove the day from your skin.

Why We Like It

• Gently removes makeup, sunscreen, and daily buildup
• Helps cleanse without leaving skin feeling stripped
• Formulated with nourishing Camellia
• Leaves skin feeling soft and comfortable
• Easy first step for a Korean double-cleansing routine

How to Use
Apply to dry hands and gently massage onto dry skin. Add a small amount of water to emulsify *(make the oil turn milky) then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Follow with a water-based cleanser if double cleansing.

Umma Bear Tip 🐻
If you wear sunscreen every day (and we hope you do!), a cleansing oil is one of the easiest ways to make sure you’re thoroughly removing sunscreen and buildup at the end of the day.

Umma Bear Tip 🐻
You don’t need a 10-step routine to support aging skin. We like formulas that combine several hardworking ingredients in one step—especially when you’re a busy mom who barely has time for five. 😉
